The College of Humanities and Social Sciences presents, Women Studies Town Hall Meeting.
Do you have an interest in Women’s Studies, Gender Studies, GLBTQ Studies, Feminist Theory, Queer Theory, Masculinity Studies, or Critical/Cultural Studies more broadly?
Please consider stopping by a Town Hall Meeting to discuss the reinvigoration of the Women’s Studies Program and to celebrate its new academic home in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences!
The Women’s Studies program has recently received approval to recruit a new Director, and an internal campus-wide search will take place this Spring. On behalf of the Dean of CHSS and the newly appointed Women’s Studies Search Committee, we would like to take this opportunity to talk about the recruitment and application process and begin very exciting conversations about new directions for the program.
Location, Date and Time: Viking Union 462, Thursday April 4th, 4:00-5:00 PM
The Women’s Studies Search Committee: Allison Giffen (Chair), Rae Lynn Schwartz-DuPre, Shirin Deylami
